My friend has an 04 Ralliart and he has the Injen CAI and loves it. You could potentially use the ebay CAI, and hope it fits well. The filter is the one thing I wouldn't trust if you decide to go that route, toss it out and get a good cone filter for it.
The problem with cheap intakes is the inside pipe diameter has to be exactly the same as stock pipe at the MAF or you will get CEL on always - often the diameters are different. If you can can verify they are same inner diameter there then buy it.
And go for a dry filter if you can. Oiled ones will eventually coat your MAF sensor wire with a film and you'll need a new MAF.

Do not go with the cheap one! I went with a cheap one from Amazon...it was by spyder or something. It was horrible, the car couldn't figure out what to do with all that extra air. I should have recorded it, but at idle it would sound like a muscle car with a big cam in it. Just save yourself the hassle and go with a namebrand

I bought an Ebay cai and have had zero problems. I payed about 70 bucks if I recall. The filter it came with was indeed garbage, it was just a metal mesh, basically a pasta strainer lol. If other members here have had issues with cheaper intakes, I won't recommend you get one. I for one didn't want to pay 200 + for a pipe that I can get for less than 100 but that's just me.
