All of my guages and Lancer badge light up, all my exterior lights, my raidio, and my clock. But the bulbs for the Knob cluster, ash tray, and cig lighter don't turn on. Is there a single fuse that controls all of these? my Cig lighter works too. Do i Just need to just replace the bulbs?

Oh and my seatbelt light stays off.
