Ok I got a 2004 Ralliart that I bought used bout 6 months ago and when I get in the car for example to listen to the radio the engine fan cuts on without the motor even being cranked. And it stays running the whole time. It does acts like its gonna cut off but just keeps running. While the car is not cranked.

Does anyone else's Ralliart do that and/or does anyone know why and what's wrong with it?

Your fan controller has gone bad. Mine just went last week. Best price is $80 shipped from Mitsubishi parts.net. It is a quick 5 minute install. The controller is the black box attached to the radiator just under the air box snorkel.
