I may be looking for some nicer seats for my 05' RA. A buddy might be selling his stock Evo X Recaro seats and I was wondering if they would directly fit into my car. Anyone know if they will fit?

 

they'll most likely fit, will they be bolt-in plug and play? probably not...worst case, you'll need brackets, or maybe you can swap brackets with the stock seats. There are tons of guys that have swapped CT9A evo seats into FWD lancers...but I can't say the same for the EvoX.

 

I might be doing this aswell as I have a set lined up. I will let you know how it goes once I get them and what will be needed

 

So earlier today I tried to put it in. No luck the brackets are too wide on The stock evo x seat. Also looked and I didnt see a proper way to bolt the stock bracket to evo seat. Im thinking custom brackets will be needed . Might be going to a local shop to get them made.
