so Monday night while going home I raced a base model rsx and as usual in 4th gear I got up to 110 mph and shifted into 5th gear kept up with them and I followed them onto another freeway but give them my IG but they didn't pull over so I took the first exit and went back on to get to the freeway I was originally on and while entering the freeway I noticed in 3rd gear I hit "redline" sooner then normal so I thought nothing of it then when I went into 4th and zoomed and it bounced off at 5k rpms and so I got home hard reset the car and that didn't do anything I haven't scanned it for a code yet but I'm confused why it has put me into basically 5k rpm limp mode considering I have gotten to 110 in 4th gear many times in the past and it has never done this to me ever, the oil was a little low so I filled it up but that didn't change it so if anyone has the cause as to why it would do this and what I can do to fix it and have it back to normal that would be great cause all tho I can still drive it like normal I would like to not be in 5k rpm limp mode Incase I'm in a situation where I need to floor the car in 4th or 5th
so please if you know how to fix this issue or what I should look into please let me know ASAP thank you
