Hi guys,

I'd like to get your opinions of various mods that I can do for an Automatic Transmission Ralliart, Mods that are actually street legal. Currently, no mods have been made yet. Thanks!

 

i heard the injen CAI is compatible w/ automatic

but i also heard its a ****load harder to install

 

That "street legal" part makes it difficult.

You can put in a better sway bar and perches, rear strut bar, and can also put on an axle-back exhaust. Intakes are iffy on legalities, especially if you're in CA. You *must* use one that's C.A.R.B. certified (if you want it legal. if you don't, then use whatever). Injen's is, I think, but I don't know if it fits an automagic tranny. Not much else right now. If you wait awhile, I'm quite sure a piggyback ECU will be made available for autos.

 

Don't try installing the Injen CAI just yet on an Auto....it won't fit. An auto version is coming out though....

Otter is right, that's about all the mods available right now. There's more on the way though....patience!!

 

delta... is injen making a 2 piece? from cai to sri? for auto? >.<

 

I believe they are revising their existing CAI to fit the automatic. Look for it before the end of the summer.

I believe the CAI right now can be converted into a short ram....but the filter will be RIGHT next to the block, which will do us no good
