Dont be a weiner and get nitrous. Nitrous is for ***** bags that cant race. Get an catback, downpipe, cold air intake, throttle body, ECU for more horsepower. Get some tires and rims for better grip and lighter. Remove carpet and things you dont need in the car for a better time.

 

like someone said before...just hope the WRX isn't modded....all I have is a Full Turbo back exhaust, and a new Fuel Map for my Stock ECU...and I'm running Low 13's with a 0-60 time of 4.55 sec.

and YES, stay away from nitrous...I blew up 2 B16C motors with that stuff in my old Honda

 

I think you meant B18C the type r engine or do you mean the B16A anyways these are both high compression engines and as far as I know they don't do to well with NOS.

 

opps my bad.... the motors were both taken out of 97 JDM TypeR's.
Yea NOS was bad...what a way to waste $5000 per motor.

 

yes, all these mods are great n' all, but how many stock wrx do you see? Only ones i see, are women drivers who have the wagon who dont care about that stuff. Really, it'll take alot more to even beat the wrx, you would need a good top end, because the launch might just be enough to seal the win. Put it like this - uppipe, downpipe,catback, chip and CAI or SRI and they easily do over 200+ whp.

Concentrate on catching the mean specV, nissan is no joke... and neither will be the altima SE-R!!!
