Does anyone know if the Ralliart has drive-by-wire throttle control?

It does.

Throttle cable goes around the front of the engine to the throttle control next to the passenger side headlight. From there, wires go off into the netherworld.

One convenient thing about it is that it's easy to finger the throttle when you're working under the hood.

 

I KNEW that looked like a throttle but then I thought "psh, why is it stuck way over here?"
I guess I WAS right.
