My tt will not leave the car running but will adjust cool down time during driving. Also i can not access any of the other options, it will just say -L- than the count down time, I didnt hook up the e brake wire or speed control wire.

Yea that wire needs to be connected and it's weird how you have to change through the different modes. You can't just hit the mode button. Check your manual, unless you are like me and only had the japanesse version. I can email you an english version if all you have is the japanesse.
