I installed this tt according to the manual and I am pretty sure that everything is correct. I also connect e-brake and ground.
My problem is that when i switch off the engine (count down starts) is like the engine will completely switch off and start again. I can see the dash board lights switching off and on very fast. While is count down if I do the e-brake down will switch off, so its working.
Also, 9 out 10 times, when i switch on the car all three lights of tarmac, gravel and snow are on at the same time. (if I set the tt off and start the car is fine).
On the manual it says that if you experience that engine stall it means that is due to faint signal, so there is a piece of extra wire you can connect to fix it. I install this extension wire but not only did not fix the issue it make it even worse.

So anyone can help me? I am open to any solution or ideas guys.

Thank you

I think a turbo timer s a waste of money. You really don't need it. If it is causing you problems, I think it would be best to just uninstall it completely. All you have to do after a drive is let the car sit idling for a minute before shutting it off.

You are right Bhsj13 but I bought it because I drive my car on weekends and I drive it hard. I want to keep an eye on my boost (since can be shown on this particular tt) and because most of the times I want to just get out of the car and leave without wait for a minute. Some people just can't wait. Anyway I already gave 150 euros on this so I am not ready to give up and waste those money.

Anyone else have an idea whats wrong with my tt?

Did you disconnect the negative battery terminal while installing?

There's threads on here somewhere with ppl talking about installing the tt without disconnecting the battery and it causing a short. Other then that I would make sure you have the correct harness to begin with.

I checked those threads about tt installation before I write my own thread. Nothing like my problem though. That's why I said that I am pretty sure that my wiring installation is correct. I also make sure that every time I was dealing with the tt wiring etc I did disconnect the battery.
Harnesses are also correct since I checked the products numbers from the Blitz website before I order it.
The most important thing is that I connected a different unit on the existing wiring and it works just fine. I installed an older Blitz dual tt, which can be connected with the same harness and it works.
Yesterday I change the ground position also. Even though where was grounded is the best place, as my mechanic said, because is a special screw where Mitsubishi ground their different wires. Anyway, it didn't work either.
I believe is a faulty tt, but Bliz said is impossible and that is user error. And if I want to RMA it I have to pay a lot of shipping, since I leave in Europe and I have to send it to usa and from there to Japan and then back again with the same route.
That's why I am asking you guys if you have experience anything like that before.
