cheap replacement for Road Race CAI air filter
they use 2.75 in pipe and most aftermarket filters are 3, maybe I can cut up my old one to use as an adapter. Anyone else run into this?

I run an AEM dryflow filter and love it! They run about $50 and you can get them in all different sizes. That being said if you want cheap then you can get a Spectre air filer at most auto parts stores. I even think there are some FRAM cones you can buy for around $15 but for $20 I would go with a Spectre since it is re-usable. They are oiled filters and similar to K&N. I like the dryflow because they are not oiled and filter similar to paper filters.
