quick question when u cf wraped the sliver on the steering wheel did you pop off the sliver if so can u please tell me how

Turn you wheel 90 degrees there is a long hole on the back of the steering wheel one at the top and one at the bottom for each control module. Use a long Phillips to loosen the screw and then the whole thing will pop out. Then you can take the tiny screws on the controls themselves and the whole thing will come apart
