TTP-Engineering looking for '09 Ralliart volunteer!
With the success of the twin SEMA 2008 awarded ZChip for Evo X and one last ZChip left from the last run of production chips manufactured, we wanted to save this last unit for dynotesting on a 2009 Lancer Ralliart SST to see if the results are just as great as we have experienced with the 2008 Evo X GSR 5sp and MR.

The Ralliart has a slightly different engine configuration, smaller turbo, however shares the same SST transmission as its big brother Evo X MR.

We are looking for one volunteer to complete some testing during the week anytime M-F for a few hours on a single day only.
This volunteer, shall they accept the challenge, can expect the notoriety of becoming the world's first ZChip user/owner for the 2009 RA as well as other sponsored goodies.
This candidate should contact us at 407-475-0010 by phone or sales@ ttp-engineering.com via email. TTPEngineering via AIM is another option as well as the Evom PM system.
Here is a sample of a recently custom ZChip tuned stock Evo X with boost controller and ZChip.

And the Mitsubishi volunteered 2008 Evo X MR test car;

If you did your homework you'd find that it's not the same SST transmission as the Evo MR. It has different gear ratios for 5th and 6th and does not have the Super Sport shifting mode. Similar but not quite the same...
The 4B11 engine on the other hand is bolt for bolt the same engine as the Evo. Items such as intake, intercooler and turbocharger are different, but "slightly different engine configuration", not really.

Goodluck Scott and the gang at TTP with this project.
Thumbs up to the person that gets the first setup!
Zach.
Are you somehow trying to say the company involved in break-through tuning feats with the Evo X, and the company known for their tuning knowledge on VIII's and IX's doesn't know that? Go play in traffic.

I think this is why TTP wants an RA to confirm the same or simular programing not the fact that it has a different ratio. I think I"m safe to say they are implying it's the same for the most part, kinda like the engines no?
Go TTP lets get going on this so I can order one up!!!

Not really.. some of the people online still think the RA and the EVO are two completely different cars just because they can't let their e-***** get endangered by a cheaper car with the same parts.
Same motor same trans. I don't know how the Zchip programs it but if you can custom change the mapping then I assume there would only be slight changes to occur to compensate for a different boost amount and A/F etc..

These are not stupid questions. I think if you don't ask, then it's stupid because they make it sound like it's the same part for both Ralliart and Evo in what they posted above. My e-***** is very much in check, thank you very much.
