Oddly enough people in capable cars don't drive them like idiots, they're not willing to write off a 500000$ vehicle.

First of all you did wreck the car. You hit a curb and to me that is a car wreck. It wasn't totaled or anything but I mean, wow it's a brand new.

Secondly, don't blame the tires. It isn't the tires fault if the DRIVER out drives the tires. Tires on an Indy or a NASCAR are amazing, but they can be over driven too. Tons of people used to blame the Bridgestone RE-92's which were the stock tires on the WRX's but you have to learn your cars limits and not over drive the tires.

Maybe instead of worrying about intakes, exhaust, BOV's, tires, wheels, you should keep the car stock a for a bit and learn about it. Get a feel for the limits of your car.

I really hope you don't take my comments or others comments the wrong way. We are all basically saying that learning the hard way like having a really bad accident, killing yourself or someone else can be prevented easily by slowing down.

oh i know this...there was a strip of water and the car just slid..typically any other car would have been fine on that curv, but the tires on it really isn't the best, its not really sticky or anything its very smooth, the other day when i was driving to work, it had iced on the highway and they had bunch of sand and ice by the end of the day, i was going liek 35mphs when the ice had melted and it was just sand, it even slipt then...

It isn't the tires, you need to slow the **** down!!! You are aware that even the best summer tires will slid on ice, snow, water or sand.
