so for the last couple of weeks when i turn right and recenter the steering wheel the car still drifts right... when i turn left and recenter, the car drifts left.
i took the car and got it aligned and everything is in spec and the way it should be. plus alignment issue would be more just drifting to one side not both. my car only has 3,500 miles on it.
has anyone ever heard something like this... does anyone know the cause of this? the shop i went to (not the best place ever) had no idea what it could be. i'm afraid to take it to the mitsu dealership because of my springs and swaybars.
anyone with any info on this?

i'm just not sure how the springs would effect the steering in that way (equally on both sides). its just odd. im not sure how everything works under there, but where the steering wheel connects to the suspension, could that be overtightened causing it to stick a little bit each way you turn? i probably sound like a noob

If you install the sway bar and experience premature wear on other suspension components due to the installation of the sway bar then you would be liable for the cost of replacement.
If you install a sway bar, and experience a problem with other components (turbo, exhaust, transmission, etc.) they should be covered.
Best bet, ask your local Mitsubishi dealer.

dont know about the steering thing so far, but my other issues have been/will be resolved. the steering thing is minor, i was more worried about the sounds and stuff but everything will be fine now.
