I got my short ram installed today. Hopefully I did it right, wasn't really sure what to expect noise wise. Ill grab a photo a little later and post it up even though everyone has seen them before

I would think that if the clutches were slipping the rpm would have had a slight spike in contrast to how it appears on the log. I'm just speculating here, I have no real experience.

They do and they are pictured in the datalogs. The rpms raise abnormally and then settle.

Ok, just so I got this right.

Base Dyno was 260 hp and 270 tq

Latest Tune is 298 hp and 315 tq.

Thats a gain of 38 hp and 45 tq.

Is this correct? The gains seem typical though the base numbers are high.

Glad to hear things got worked out!

New car = new learning curve for the tuners. Pretty quick curve since they have not had much time to tinker with it.

I think the actual base was 208 whp and 234 wtq, after the first tune he went to 228 whp 259 wtq and now he's at 292 whp and 315 wtq.

Do you have a dyno? It'd be interesting to see what the curve is like.

I'd be happy to except that this ****ing dyno keeps deleting the A and B customers. MD is supposed to be here in about a week to check out the computer.

Why does the Z-chip give you so much whp with only a few bolt ons.

With a flash and boost pill its usually around 286 whp ????

Can someone explain this?

The ZChip can be used to rescale the load cells. Once flashed like we have for Jon, it is optional to continue using it.
