I had some 10-LED bulbs laying around and I put them in my other car's reverse light and they are definitely not bright enough. I'm going for some 38-LED bulbs and hopefully they will be as bright as the Cadillac CTS's stock reverse LED lights (saw them light up once, loved the look)....

What bulbs are the little orange ones on the outer side of the projector headlights? I want to make them a different color but have no idea what they would be called or how to get access to them.

^That's the site I got my blue ones from. I ordered the ones that say "Introducing the New 9 Led SMT Tower II 194 168 W5W 2825" If you order from that site, make sure to put 2 in the Quantity. The price listed is only for 1 bulb.

It's pretty simple how to change them... I couldn't find a how-to on here. I was going to post a how-to from another forum, but it wouldn't let me. >.< Ooops. So basically pop your hood. Reach down towards where the parking bulb would be. You'll feel a plastic piece with wires. After you feel the plastic piece, get a grip on it and rotate it gently. Righty righty lefty loosey. Once it's out, replace it with your new bulb.

ln the EVO X section they have found out that the HID daytime running lamp sockets put out 14v instead of 12v. i was wondering why i always burned through a set every 4months. now i have swiched to LED bulb rated for 14v and still working almost a year later.

 

the back up light info is wrong for sportbacks anyhow, sports backs use a 921 bulb - not a 7440

picked up the right bulbs from VLEDs, and they're hella bright


hope this gets added so other sport back owners don't buy the wrong bulb like me.... should've checked the bulb before ordering, oh well haha

 

Used a pair of LED 2825 W5W bulbs to replace both rear side marker bulbs.
