yeah but you have an EVO I'm sure you are boosting higher than me when you were stock and had a better intake.

it's cool bro i think i know what it is. I have a little tiny hair dryer for a turbo and i don't have an intake or a tune yet. I'm sure Ill hear what I want in the next week.

Thanks again.

I've been wondering this for awhile too...

The evo 8/9/x and ra bpv's will do not vent to atmosphere so they don't act the same as a for ex. a srt-4 bov does. Adding an aftermarket intake will give you the "psssh" but it won't be as loud as a car with a bov.

Yeah, RA Glows, that's the OEM BPV the 9's and 10's come with. I picked one up too. Everyone else stated how you can get the decent "pshh" sound: intake. Not as good sounding as a straight-up BOV (vent-to-atmosphere) but you'll get close still keeping everything safe, providing you get that tune. As for the snotty remarks you're getting, it'll happen on a forum. Kinda surprised to see a vendor respond like that, though (LOL).

Its a stock Evo X valve.

Its designed to hold boost better. Not make sounds.

just for the record I only installed my bov cuz its the only mod I know how to install my self.
I'm not a mechanic so I'm not gonna go trying to install a turboback with out knowing a damn thing about how to install one. My purpose of install my bov as a first mod was to save some money. I also plan on installing the intake myself the day before I go for the tune.
