there is a limiter on hids so u dont blind on coming traffic, put ur car about 4ft from a wall and look at the line across, ull notice how it curves up a but toward the passenger side then straight line again. And yes there is a way to do this but it requires u to take apart ur headlight and projector and buying the part without a curve

If you do that, prepare to have people flashing their brights at you all the time. ALL the time.

There is a way to do it on the old Evos and my STi is the same. There's a knob inside by the headlight under the hood that you can adjust, and you can't make it perfect, but you can raise the driver side a bit if you want.

But yea, it is supposed to be like that. It's part of how they allowed HIDs in cars since they are so bright.

Make sure your headlight adjustment on your dash is set to zero.

If you want to adjust it, search for a post I made about headlight adjustment. There is a picture of the knob in there that I took when the dealer raised mine.

On HID's, there is supposed to be one light slightly higher than the other (as you can see in initial d2k's post). If the dealer installed them they should be able to fix them, or whomever did the install. If it's the dealer just get them to tweak it when you go in for your next oil change.

LOL I called my local dealership after I bought the car and told them my lights were out of adjustment. They told me it was supposed to be that way. They said they could level them out but they would charge me. I said no thats fine if that is how its supposed to be.
