I don't know how the pricing works in your neck of the woods, but a 2011 WRX is close enough to a Mustang GT that I would opt for the 5.0

The 2011 WRX is a solid choice, if that widebody had been around earlier, I wouldn't have a RA.

All depends on your needs, which you really didn't state...do you need a 4 door? Do you need AWD? Stuff like that.

If you can spring for a new S4, you might as well buy both the 2011 WRX and the Mustang GT 5.0 lol...(at least that's how the cost breaks down where I am!)

I've sold my RA simply b/c I miss driving manual. I'm on the verge of preordering a 2011 WRX Limited for $500 under invoice.

Well possible good news:

I may just upgrade to an evo, lol. Found these two near me in texas that are a little more affordable for me. MR's:

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

or

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

2nd one is more doable for me, lol. dark grey is nice, but wicked white would be legit. Just not a fan of the red tails, wish i could get the dealer to let me trade the tails lol

I have my dad helping me since I'm 21 and credit isn't quite built up, and he doesn't like the idea of me getting any used car now. Mainly cause he saw how the twin-clutch transmission has failure but if i can convince him the warranty will cover it and its not voided by asking the dealer for confirmation, maybe I have a shot. So in the evo MR, is the transmission prone to breaking just like people have had on the ralliart? Gotta convince him that austin isn't a big deal if I can get all the numbers straight with that dealer. Waiting for a call back on a quote of my trade in and to see if i can push that 32k price tag down a little to get to the monthly payments i need, ie $350ish

The MR has a higher torque capacity, maybe about 50 HP, not much more.
so at about 350-360 ish WTQ you should prob start worrying in the MR.

To get a Evo MR down below 30 will be tough, if it's in good condition.
esp. if you want payments of $350 ish. unless you wanna pay on a car for 10 years, lol.

Why get a 2010 Mustang GT when the 2011 has 100 more HP??? I would get 2011 WRX or 2011 Mustang GT...or Evo X

Yeah Idk, turning out I can't afford much, lol. Determined my price would be the highest of 25k, maybe 26...

At this point I'm deciding maybe to just keep her and continue my modding. Rims/tires being the next on my list. Bronze.

Question though. Anyway to get the recaro package added to my car? I know maybe the dealer if they still can unless its too late since I have an 09, but probably be a rip off.

U wouldn't be able to just go to the dealer and ask themto install the Recaro package to your RA for the price of the package when you buy the car new. They could order you the parts for the Recaro pack like the seats, HIDs and the RF system I think you get in the US but it would be freakin expensive to get all those pieces after like my guess would be close to $10k to add all of that package afterwards. Even the Recaros themself are a few grand. You can keep checking the Evo X for sale section for guys selling theirs.

Yeah its just i need all the cash at once to pay for private sale stuff. I'm sure I could use credit to pay for the package from some place that sells it. So just sh*t outta luck? haha

^ They are nice but the thing about the S2000's is that they are a thief's wet dream. Atleast here in FL.

I have seen some nice 2008 STI's on Ebay for 25K give or take. 2009 WRX's can be had for under 25K pretty easy.

You could also look at an Evo IX, or even an VIII.

I will be looking at trading in the RA next year and I have been looking around, Evo's and WRX/STI's.

Yeah my plan was to maybe keep my car till at/after christmas and then maybe get a WRX. Emailed my local subaru dealer about how long it'd take to get me a wrx and price of it. I'd just get the base 26k price one and mod it. Otherwise I want an evo mr, so hopefully in a few months they can drop some more. Finding them in the 29k range, so maybe can get lucky. Need to get to 25-26k as long as my trade can stay worth 17k. Oh speaking of that, thats what I've been getting offers as my trade, 17k. Is that alright? Or is it worth more? 23k miles. Base. A few scratches.
