Yes it can. There are a couple RA on here that went E85.

Both Injector Dynamics and Deatschwerks make 1000cc's for the 4B11. FIC make 1150cc's.

I currently run Injector Dynamic 1000cc's on my personal RA

For fuel pump, BlaqOps makes a great single walbro upgrade for our cars, which I also currently run on my personal RA
