Two questions: What type of bulbs did you order from vleds? How do you like the performance?

I also wanted to swap out the brake light bulbs & the rear turn signal bulbs. That would be cheaper than changing the entire housing with the LED lights ... although those do look sweet.

you'll need 10ohm load resistors

Oh so the LED bulbs are not a straight plug-n-play? I couldn't find any 10ohm resistors on vleds website?

you only need the resistors for brake bulbs/turn signal bulbs. unless you find some with built in load resistors (so hard to find, and if you do find them, they probably won't fit through the same opening as the oem bulb, and if they do, they'll be 5x more expensive than regular led bulbs). you can get load resistors from amazon or even pepboys/autozone, i have Putco load resistors for front blinkers with 360° 30-smd LEDs. i've shopped around and gotten the LEDs that claim to have 'built in resistance' but they still cause a hyperblink problem.

Did you have to purchase a separate load resistors with your bulbs ?

You will only need resistors for turn signal bulbs. Interior and marker lights you will be fine with just the LED bulb

I just replaced mine, difficult to get to, but I think it should be the grey one, closest to whatever corner, plus if you wiggle it you can see the corner light move a bit, so just twist counter clock and it comes off.

I ordered the 194 size. No resisters just take the old ones out and plug in the new ones. If the don't light up turn the led around and it should work. The ones I got where the high power 194s the brightest they make.
