I have a 2009 Ralliart. I recently had to order a replacement front bumper chrome ring because my current one was damaged. I had my dealership order it but when it came in it was no a solid ring like my current one. It has two pieces instead of one. The bottom 1/4 of the ring is an entirely different piece. Has anyone else had a new ring ordered like this or do you know if its for a different year Ralliart?

NOPE that is the right one.... the replacement ones are 2 pieces i have one as well and i think all the euro versions and some Au ones are 2 piece as well...

it looks like a upside down U and the flat piece on the bottom

 

Ive got a 2010 Ralliart and my front chrome ring is 2 pieces as well

I want to be sure that the 2010 ring fits on a 2009. I want to cover it in plastic dip but I dont want to do that then it not fit on my car.

 

yes i have a 2010 ring on my 2009

 

I took mine off and primed and painted it matte black. It was starting to chip. It was a good thing I hit a deer that did well over 11k worth of damage. Now i have a two piece one and the body shop even painted it black for me (I didnt ask them)

 

Will any of the front bumper chrome rings fit on a 2010 Lancer GTS? Blacked out my chrome grill and lip and wondered if the rings could fit on.

 

No it won't fit on a gts bumper u need a ra bumper. The ra bumper will fit the gts tho.
