Hello,

So can someone tell me if the Cosworth drop in air filter will require a ECU reflash for the 09 Ralliart?

Will it mess up how the car runs/ideals because of the difference in higher air flow without an ECU reflash?

Thanks

Any changes in sounds with the Cosworth filter compared to the stock version? Or is it barely noticeable?

I think Rocky_RA already has a drop-in filter (not the Cosworth one) and I could hear the BPV a little on his car. It's not close to be as loud as with a SRI but you hear it.

Just installed and tried out my new Cosworth filter and i am impressed. The car runs smooth even more with the GST base map. I noticed the car shifts earlier each gear and it means now i can use the sport mode more often.

FYI I was using the Ralliart filter up until this one and it does give really big BPV sound when it was new and clean. It didn't cost as much as it is now-- purchased around 100 dollars and it is a cotton mesh type of construction(says on the box).

I think the synthetic material of Cosworth filters should last longer, and i will be using it from now on.
