Relay Harness ??
Some kits not all slightly buzz but generally that goes away after the first few seconds.
what kit did you buy?

From what I have been told, you do not need the relay harness. The only time you should need a relay harness is for an older car that has a higher gauge wire then newer cars. The thinner wire in older cars can not support full voltage required for hid kits and end up frying the wire or kit.
Newer cars have better/thicker wire that can support hid kits.
I have an 05 Evo that did not come with hid's from the factory and have been running ddm 55w hid kits since I bought it with no problems. The only time I had to use a relay kit was for my reverse lights. The stock harness for revers lights is very thin, thus requiring a relay harness.
My advice...remove the relay harness and plug hid's into your stock headlight harness. If no problems come up then leave it like that.

Double check your connections and grounds are tight. Then check and make sure no metal touching the back of the bulbs. It sounds like a ground. There are two grounds put them both to the chassis.
