Here is a video of mine. I recorded it using a Nikon COOLPIX L22, so the quality is not the greatest by any means. Plus, it is merely an idle and rev video.

I tried embedding the video, but for whatever reason, it is not working.

I know i have seen a thread on here that talks about this, but i can't seem to find it.

Just want to know if any others out there with the DC sports exhaust on are having this problem. The resonator on the mid pipe is vibrating against my drive shaft. I checked under the car yesterday and when i'm idling or the car isnt running they arent touching. There is about 1/2 inch of space between the two.
When i am driving and let off the gas it seems the exhaust is vibrating and bouncing into the drive shaft. Anyone had this problem??

Mine has never rubbed, but I think this is the post you are looking for. I don't ever recall seeing any followup post on how this problem was resolved.

I can confirm that my exhaust is approximately one-inch from the drive shaft, but there are no indications (i.e., scoring) that they are touching at all.

There is quite a bit of "play"/movement where the catalytic converter connects to the midpipe. I am going to start a separate thread regarding this so that I do not clutter up this one.
