USB connection on Ralliart

I need to pick the brain of people that know the inner workings of the stereo/bluetooth system. Mitsubishi has a "USB cable kit" (part of there fuse tech.) that is not offered on 2009 RA's. I would like to install this option on my car but not sure if it would work. It is wired into our hands free controller. Does anyone know if this would plug right in? The part number is MZ360331EX. It would be really nice if I could get the fuse option installed as well but I wanted to start here first.

Let me know if you find anything. I absolutely hate that I can't control my iPhone from the controls on the steering wheel.

I found a Mitsubishi forum last night that was actively working on a solution. They are even using some data that was "borrowed" for a Russian site. There has been little bench testing done but quite a bit of information acquired on the control units from Mitsubishi headquarter techs as well as help from some electrical engineers. Apparently this is no easy task. LOL Not much hope for this working after finding this information but I will still keep up on it. I will keep researching and post any new info. Again, not very confident at this point.

I'm suprised no one makes a kit. They make them for just about every other vehicle on the market besides mitsu.
