So I ordered my tactrix cable directly from their website so I could hook my laptop up to the RA, Its been almost 2 weeks and they don't answer their calls/emails, and it was shipped priority mail which they said 1-3 days.

Has anyone else had this problem ordering from them?

 

I ordered mine on Tuesday and got it yesterday. Maybe I just got lucky.

 

How much you pay?

 

Call them and e-mail them with a copy of your receipt, so you have a paper trail.

 

someone else had the same issue. I ordered mine from EVOscan and it took seemingly forever.

 

They have the worst customer service. I wish I could of ordered mine elsewhere. I had the same troubles as you. Don't think mine was quite 2 weeks though.

 

the bottom line is that you're going to get your cable. it's just not going to come as fast as you thought it would, so at the end of the day it's not really that big of a deal. just don't pop for the express shipping... i learned that lesson lol

 

Well, I didn't get the express shipping and got my cable 48 hours after it was shipped and I'm in germany...

Ordered on 25.December (!!!), arrived 30.

Can't complain in the least...

 

I used FedEx. Had a question for them, called in and got customer service with no waiting. Took 4 days to Ontario, Canada. Maybe I was lucky.
