cobb ap ecu issues?

Has anyone else had this issue? Everytime I go to change a map it says it can't read the ecu. I checked the connection as well as lots of other things. I took it to the dealership and they said the ecu seemed fine.

What did the dealer say about having the Cobb AP? Did they make a big deal about it?

I remember I had that happen once when the ignition key was turned off...

I just unpluged the AP, turned the ignition on, and plugged it back in.
Problem solved.

Hope your issue is just as easy to resolve, good luck!

The dealership was the one who gave me the accessport. They cobb modify some of their evo's and ralliarts before selling them, ofcourse these are stage 2, so that's how I got mine. The dealership just told me to ask cobb. The dealership's name is Don Herring Mitsubishi.

I put the key in the off position and everything, still having the same issue.
