If your selling to a dealer, they almost always want it stock. Modified is usually a certain group of people. Some dealers don't mind tastfully done mods but you sure won't get your money back on most of the parts.

it's not that they want it stock, they just don't care at all

they just want one that doesn't need to be serviced/maintained before they can sell it. dealership's won't give anything for the mods put into it

if you trade it to a dealer, you will get the same for your car stock or modded normally. I am putting mine back to stock before I sell it.

Put it back to stock, and sell the parts online. Even if you find an individual who wants to buy it modded you won't get your money back anyway.

It is always better to do a private sale rather than trade in, but in either case it is easier to sell stock than modded. I lucked out that my wife's Nissan Sentra only had suspension mods that were not noticeable.

Stock will always net more.
Only shot in the dark you may have is throwing it on modified car trader. An its a big IF.

Most people will view the modified car as being abused so they will want a lower price.

Put the car back to stock, as well as the factory tune. Then sell the aftermarket parts and get a little money back out of the cash you spent.

I am currently in the process of putting my car together, and have been wondering where to look to sell all of the stock parts. Any advice?

In the classifieds

Are you selling your stock struts/dampers? If so how many miles and how much picked up?
