I see a lot of whiteouts where I live. I need bright plus low to the ground and controlled angle. There's a good bit of difference between a driving light and a fog light, and using a HID in a reflector, even more so. I can't stand that combo when they roll up behind me. No control over the beam.

Remove the fog light plastic cover, One screw, (on right side, in the top). Put your finger in the grill on the right side and pull it slowly. During you pull it, move it up/down. The first time, the pin of the cover was hard to declip, it's normal.
After, you will see that, the Fog Light assembly, remove it, 3 screw, and disconnect the wire plug. When you 've got the fog assembly, remove the bulb (1/4 turn, follow the little arrow..)
The job star here;
-remove all the old broken glass with a flat srewdriver and pliers
-next, clean all the old black gasket with a small flat screwdriver, and remove the black center ring in the fog.
-when all the assembly is clean, replace the black center ring and make a clean Hight temperature silicone gasket (red silicone....) between the center ring and outside plastic assembly.
- Clean your glass circle. 1/4 thick and 3'' 1/2 diameter.
-Put it on the fog assembly. Be sure that the silicone make a clean and waterproof gasket when you put the glass on it.
-Tape the lens on the fog assembly to be sure that nothing will move during the silicone dry.
That it's you have a new pair of fog light for...... 10$.......
My old fog, cracked and.... not waterproof ahahahahah

Thanks for the idea. I did it last night and it looks great. Perfect fit and $14 is a lot better than paying 300.

I noticed that I have the same issue this morning. Those lens are terrible. I've been looking at a set that comes with Angel Eye and 7000K CCFL HID.

My only suggestion would be to try and find clear high heat silicone, rather than the red stuff. I heard to look within the RV industry, but that was after I fixed mine.

I did the glass replacement suggested here. Instead of using Red Silicone I decided to go with black since it matched the black ring and housing for the fog lights. They look great. I had to sand down the center ring to allow the glass top to fit flush. $21.47 for the glass and they fit perfectly. Hopefully this works better than what Mitsubishi decided to use.

If you sand the center ring, when you put the glass on the fog light, the silicone can enter in the fog light and make some smudge.
The reason: don't sand the center ring because the glass will be seat on the center ring firstly (he's suppose to be clean) and when you gonna push on the glass, the silicone will directly go out on the exterior side, and you'll have a fog light with no smudge inside the center ring.

Buying the materials online
Apologies in advance for bringing an old thread back but I thought this would help those who want to buy the materials online - I had no idea where to go locally. I just fixed mine last night.
For making the gasket:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...01_i00_details
The glass circle:

I bought 4 glass circles just in case. I was happy to find that they pack it really good.

If you don't want to do the DIY glass replacment and don't want to spend $200 per side for new OEM ones I think I found another set that will work.
The Mitsubishi L200 TRITON PLUS 09+ looks like they used the same fog lamps as the 09+ Ralliart. It looks like only the Plus model is the same (the standard l200 triton does not have the height adjust in the front but might still work)
I saw a couple for sale on eBay. It seems the going price is around 80 for the set +35 shipping, these are still way cheaper then trying to buy ralliart ones.
Looks like they are made by DLAA (china) model MB639 for reference.
