Fog Lights Not working

Hey guys. I just installed my 6000k HID lights today. They seem to work but now the fog lights dont work at all. I have a stock non SSS Evo X. For the setting where only the lowbeam headlights show, nothing lights up. But whenever I put it to the setting where the fog lights AND headlights show (the highest/farthest setting), the headlights turn on but then the fog lights dont work.

Anybody know why this happens or has a fix for it? Sorry If theres a thread I already tried searching.

That's really strange - are you sure nothing is loose? I wonder if it's an impedance issue. The HIDs are aftermarket because of no SSS right?

My fogs won't come on unless I have the headlights on. If I click the stalk one click forward they won't come on either, even if I try to turn them on.

For the car I had before this (TSX) I know there was a simple hack to make it so you could turn the fog lights on whenever the car was on.

Did you plug them back in?

Either that, or try flipping the connection around (part that plugs into the ballasts). On some sets, they are reversed so black might actually go to positive and red to negative. That's why you always try things to make sure they work before putting everything back on.

I didn't touch anything that had to do with the fog lights (at least I dont think so). I'll try flipping the connection around. That might have been the problem. I'll post an update about this tomorrow. Thanks for the responses.

the other issue could be, and im just guessing here, is that your positive from the hid's is plugged into the hibeams. that would disable the foglights during their operation.

Yes the fog light indicator turns on in the dashboard. My hi beams still work fine. I'll take a closer look tomorrow morning since it was raining like crazy in Houston today. It's my first time doing something like this and was with a few friends so there is big chance of a small error.

EDIT: I tried seeing what I did wrong and it seems like everything is plugged in right. I didn't touch the hibeams at all and the hibeams work fine. Also, the lights flicker whenever I changed it to the 2nd setting (the one where only the headlights should show up and not the fog lights).

just found out my fog lights aren't working at all. Dash indicator turns on, fuses are fine, I swapped relays with the horn, nothing.

I recently bought a mitsubishi ralliart with HID, they work great, but the foglight won't turn whatsoever, I had to change the fuse and it still doesn't work. The dash indicator doesn't turn, do you have any idea what could be wrong?
