While there should be little doubt those mods alone can allow the motor to make more power than stock, IMHO, I think the skill of the tuner might be the most important factor to consider.

Purely a guess from other dyno sheets I've seen, 250hp/280tq would be a good estimate. But if you are not tuned, you won't see these numbers.

So I won't see a difference if I go with a bigger fmic? I have stage 2 now.

I'm gonna guess that he's on the stock RA turbo. The stock RA turbo has enough peak boost to make over 300 torque, but it can't sustain the boost into the higher RPMs where the top end HP is. Basically his power curve, torque peaks between 3k and 4k, and falls so quickly after that the HP either flattens out after 5k or falls slightly... essentially, it looks similar to my power curves, only with higher peak values:

it's like that because the stock turbo can't sustain the higher boost levels out to red line...

I basically have the mods the OP has listed...

Drop-in K&N filter
EvoX FMIC
UR UICP
Magnaflow cat back
UR down pipe (stock cat though)

Nunya, are you on a 91 tune? Hopefully I can't get those numbers when I get my HFC and my FMIC installed with a new tune.

I have similar mods and made 250hp. Bigger intercooler won't make more peak power, but it will flatten the power band and provide more power across the rev range.

the stock RA turbo is an excellent example of how dyno numbers aren't everything

whatever number you aim for, if it's over 280, it won't hold for long. the turbo is THAT small. your powerband will still be narrow as hell and the peak numbers will mean less and less

On a *very* conservative self tune on 91oct, I'm making 263whp/285wtq with the mods below, according to the average of 3 runs using VD (dynojet). I'll be doing a few tweaks to the tune with Bryan's (Razorlab) help.
