COBB accessPORT + AMS Boost Pill
You can always find BC's that will help you control
your boost levels better. I was just refering to a thread
about the COBB AP and it said it controls your boost levels...
Even though I see people getting Boost Controllers with an
AP Tune. Again Im just stating what I read & what I was
told. I did speak to COBB directly & that is what they told me.
But, If you have information that suggests otherwise or can direct
me to a link that would be helpful.

You do not need and do not want a separate boost controller on the Ralliart, unless you do extreme modifications to the engine. The ECU does a great job as it is.
Sorry for not bringing up a link, but after years of reading this forum, it is hard to keep bookmarks of every thing you read (especially that I keep no bookmarks at all
)
To tell you the truth COBB told me that there AP does control or help control the boost and that the boost pill was not as necessary with cars without the AP. I have noticed that my cars boot levels are more controlled then before the ECU flash. I would still like a tune for the boost pill and a high flow air filter. Everyone should check out COBBs facebook for that is the place Gary (one of the cobb dudes) said he would post the survey for Mitsu owners. Does anyone here have the boost pill installed? I am just curious to see how much it really does.
On the Ralliart, the ECU act as the boost controller. Since COBB is changing the tables that the ECU uses to control boost, they are not totally wrong. But it is not right to say that the AP controls the boost. The AP is just a tool to reflash the ECU.

Thank you for the info. I did speak wrong as far as the AP controlling boost
rather than the ECU. I meant to say since you have reflashed your ECU
with the AP Tables then you are using the AP Tables as your new Boost Control. But its still the ECU doing the Brain work. Sorry about the bad wording....
Having said that, after I get all my mods done I will be looking into a GrimmSpeed EBCS.

100% incorrect information. Cobb or Ecuflash, either can control boost just as well. Your tune was rubbish before if you had bad boost control.
Hey everyone,
Whether anything will come out of it or not, Cobb has issued a survey out for the Railliart!
I'm hoping they can make some new maps and support the car a bit more (as promosied by them). It would be great if everyone could answer, even you're already tuned. You could help us un-tuned guys get some new maps, hopefully.

I answered the last question:
Stage 2+Intake (Works filter)+Boost pill+EvoX Intercooler (with UICP/LICP)
Cheers!
