Very much a noob so bare with me. Is there a stage 1, stage 2, etc build for the Ralliart?

 

Nothing official through Mitsu or Ralliart directly, as far as packaged "kits" go. I've heard of scooby dealers offering STI upgrade packages that sound like what you're asking though. Same with TRD and NISMO...

Mitsu North America needs to get on the bus with that one, though now that Ralliart is done-for, if Mitsu doesn't absorb the corporation and continue their production lines (ala Nissan/NISMO), there's really no point in trying. I have heard rumor that this may be a strategic move in Mitsu's future, depending on circumstance, but I'm not holding my breath. As far as "official" Ralliart/Group-N parts are concerned I have direct contacts to whatever is left of Ralliart Japan through the dealership and their remaining inventory is minimal and depleting quickly.

Depends on how much you want to spend. Check out ams performance they have some kits

 

Yeah, AMS has set up their own "staged" upgrade path, and a couple other places have similar combined packages, but officially through Mitsu/Ralliart there is nothing.
