vibration @70-80mph...

i'm not sure what's wrong with my RA... the steering wheel vibrates between 70-80mph speed (very small amount of vibration). i tried to have all the wheels balanced and do the alignment at belle-tire but still doing the same thing.

It does still sound like a wheel-balance issue... albeit a minor one.

Find a perfectionist at a tyre shop, and challenge them to give you a perfect wheel-balance!

aftermarket or OEM wheels.

if aftermarket
-make sure you have hubcentric rings
-aftermarket wheels tend to need to be balanced just right
-if they are cheap wheels check for any minor bends

if OEM
- most likely its just a bad balance, take it to a good shop and tell them you need the balance to be 100% perfect else they will have to keep redoing it until it solves the issue.
-check for bends

I had the same problem on my 05 Ralliart. I went through countless balances at different places. Turns out one of my tires had wore funny, and although i couldnt tell by looking at it, it was causing my vibration. I put new tires on and never had a problem. Just sharing my experience, i'm not saying that is your problem.
