I cant remember if I said this before or not, so forgive me for a potential repost:

I notice your looking at installing the re-Q bass module... for the love of God, and your sanity, DONT.

speaking from personal experience in my very own Ralli, its a total piece of garbage that you will be VERY unhappy with.

I tried and tried to get mine to #1 - work and #2 - sound half-way decent... no chance. I eventually took it out and used the AudioControl LC2i and have been very happy with it. Its very very clean, pushes a nice strong signal voltage to the amps and doesnt have any of the turn on/off issues that the RE-Q has/had. It uses the stereo signal to turn its self and the amp on, works like a dream.

I just wanted to give a quick update.

The hail damage is fixed on the car. I'm just waiting for the bodykit to ship so I can bring the car back to the shop and have it installed.

I am having an issue. Car has a weird rev from 1-4 gear and seems normal on 5-6. I get no engine lights but when I drive the car rev goes up then steady for a sec then up again then steady then up again then steady no matter if the car is on normal or on manual. Just weird! I just don't have the time to check it out yet. Hopefully this weekend I will have some. I'm thinking of sending the tune and doing a log to see if I can see something weird.

No not like that guy! All it does is a slight rev going up. It does not change gear or anything like that. So during 1-4th gear I get a slight added rev and it keeps adding. So for example I would be trying 3rd and keep it at 3K rpms then it will go up to like 3200 then up to like 3400 and then like to 3600 and so on and so forth. Once I'm in 5th gear and 6 gear I have no issue. I also dont get any service lights or anything like that. just the rev issue.

I will do a transmission service soon as it gets out the body shop. Tranny still under warranty and the car already had the mods that it has on it. So they need to cover it since they are the ones that told me about it. Hopefully a service will do a trick. I have the oil and everything ready to do.

The body kit should be arriving at the shop tomorrow. I will be submitting my car back to the shop on monday once we make sure everything is good with the body kit arrival.

Question, this added-rev thingy: are you trying to hold the car in a steady state (i.e. constant pedal pressure), or is this what happens when you accelerate?

I can put the car in cruise and it seems not to happen. When I try to hold constant it slowly adds rpms like 100-200 every few seconds. It's very noticiable when I give it gas. Only happens in 1st - 4th gear. I'll try to get a video of it.
