Hey guys (and gals if applicable), I am currently driving an Acura RSX Type S. FWD just isn't doing it for me. I've got a limited budget and a 2009 ralliart fits perfectly but I've got a few questions and this looks like the place to ask. This SST tranny shifts impressively but I've got concerns. I enjoy modding cars and pushing them a lot. I've watched a few youtube vids and read some commentary on these cars and I've been reading that you should not mod these cars because the transmission cannot take it. I'd like some confirmation or something. If they can be modded, tell me a few mods that would safely make this car perform better. Brakes and a new filter are a given for me and most likely some tires. This will be my first non NA car and I'd like a few opinions on what all the best stuff is. Thanks and sorry for this being lengthy.

 

Do yourself a favor and look around the forum before asking questions like this. Everything you need to know is contained in a sticky somewhere in the RA threads.

As you search thru the forum you will find that anything below 350 torque is fine and that you need a good tune.
