even vw changed is recommendations on their "lifetime" aka until warranty runs out for tranny fluid in their 6 spd tiptronic trannys in girlfriends jetta, with the poor track record of the automatic trannys in the ralliart best to error on side of safety, do all you can yourself and get an indy or stealer if you must and "authorize" ONLY what YOU want done!!! if a real manual tranny were offered i would own a sportback ralliart! but purchased a pristine 2001 audi TT 225Q, 37,000 carfax miles at half the cost, being a former jetta turbo owner i was familiar with most everything except quattro, in the end we are all enthusiast whatever performance orientated car we own!!!
