I want to see what are your maintenance costs per month with your evo. And what was changed. Thanks

It's not too bad if you do the maintenance yourself.

Shouldn't have to do too much every month unless you're puting a ton of miles on it.

Cost aren't the bad on an Evo. Brakes are cheap and easy to do yourself, same with oil changes. What else are you enquiring about?

Oil about three times a year at $80 (Change myself)
Brakes even with autocrossing and stuff Rotors once in four years, front $250.00 (easy to change)
Pads $225.00
Driveline fluids about once a year $160 (too lazy to do myself)
Tyres, once every 18 months or 12,000 miles about $1200
Clutch, once so far in four years $1200.00
Radiator, $400.00
Small stuff like wipers, etc. maybe $100.00 over four years.

This is for Trinidad, not the US, although prices listed are in USD. Items landed here are a little more expensive than the US.

I daily drive and autocross about 8 events a year.

Just general costs really. people who don't own an evo try and scare me from getting one and people who own them say it's not bad at all.

General maintenance is not bad at all and may be just a little more expensive than your average car if you buy the fluids when they're on sale and do it yourself. The more costly things for maintenance are things such as a timing belt job but i think thats high cost on almost any car.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love driving my car as my DD. it's like my version of happy gilmores happy place. I'm just over the 100k mark and don't want to put mad miles on it.

Is there a certain time of the year that they go one sale for? I'm thinking about buying them during sale time and store them until the time to do the maintenance.

To me having a 100k would be an accomplishment.
