HI i have a 2011 RA i'v been looking in to a Borla cat-back exhaust and i want to know if anyone has one and how they like it,and if i just leave it with just the borla the exhaust will the car be fine or do i have to tune it? also if anyone has a different exhaust system that they recommend over the borla i'd like to know?

I have the borla cat back system (w downpipe) in my evo. Cant complain. Looks and sounds fine. I dont think you'll need a tune after JUST modifying the cat back. If you change downpipe then it will be a must.

I've got a borla on my ra, love the sound and looks great. The bolts for the stock exhaust are a pain unless alot you use alot of penetrating fluid. You can find some sound clips on you tube of mine in particular. But as far as a tune it's not necessary unless a dp and/or hfc are installed.

 

I have the Borla setup on my 2010 Ralliart and love it. It turns heads wherever I go, sounds deep. I relied on youtube clips of the system to get it. Was a fairly simple install.

 

I'm getting the Borla Exhaust in 2 months or so....

Does anyone have the link (part#) I have a 2011 RA but I figure it works with any 2009+... Just wanted to confirm.

 

I have Magnaflow awesome quality, not loud, great fitment (took less than 45 on the driveway to install) $ 475 shipped.

 

so you should get a tune if you have a tbe ? bec i do n i didnt tune my car until i went to mod this yr n got a gst base flash so far on my 2011 this is all i have done to it
