A Keedysville man was airlifted to University of Maryland Shock Trauma after a two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon on northbound Route 65 north of Dunker Church Road, according to Maryland State Police.

Police said at 2:36 p.m. Thursday, a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Jordan Daniel Diehl of Shenandoah Junction, W.Va., crossed the center line and went onto the northbound shoulder of Route 65, colliding head-on with a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado driven by William Lee Brown II of Keedysville.

Diehl was taken by ambulance to Washington County Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and was listed in stable condition.

Brown was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore with severe injuries and was listed in critical condition early Friday afternoon, according to state police

thanks it tooke me 14 months to walk again and i just bent the rod in my leg so i am waiting for surgery in a few wks ive had 93 hrs of it so far maybe break a 100hrs this time
