Looking at a 2010 used Ralliart, good idea?

Yeah this would be helpful to know. I'm at the point where if I don't want the car going anywhere I need to put money down. If the car is at 27,000 miles would those faulty transmission problems have shown up already? He says I can get bumper to bumper coverage for it so that would give me piece of mind at least. I'm scared now with this news that 09's and some 10's could go bad lol
