Coming back home today my window came off track. I press the switch to put up the window and it came back down twice before I realize it was off. So I pull over and had my buddy roll up the window while I held it straight. Once i got home I pull out the door panel to find the bolt holding the window missing. I put a new bolt in and now the auto doesn't work. The window goes down fine but putting it back up it goes up 5 inches then stop so I have to press the switch 3 time to put it up. I already did a search and only found one guy with the same problem. But he never updated the post to weather he fix it or not. Anyone ever had this problem your help is much appreciated?

 

Possible it might be binding up or too much friction when window going up. Try to lube the rubber sidesnof the window.

 

Fix the problem this morning. If anyone ever run in to this issue just disconnect the battery for 10min. Roll up the window up/down a couple time and everything back to normal.
