Squeal sound

Ok guys just curious, but every time I start my car when cold ie <40f I get a high pitched squeal for like a min or two. does anybody else get this? Just wondering if its a cold belt or turbo

Sometimes I get this sound in the morning when it's cold. (under 50F) Random times, not always.
I figured it's a belt. But I don't know.
My sound is off and on for the first 30 seconds, not a continuous squeal.

Maybe it's the Geico pig.

In order to plug it in I need a oil pan heater and I would have to run an extension cord to the street which some homeless guy would steal plus that only keeps the oil warm not the oil in the turbo or the belt if its that.

But the gieco pig is a good theory def sounds like wee weee weeeeee

It is just a cold belt. No worries.
