Has anyone noticed these changes for the 2014 RA? Curious as to whether it's a completely new MMCS (possibly shared with new Outlander)?

- 710-watts. Includes 9-speakers including 10" subwoofer, DTS, Neural Surround, PremiDIA-WIDE surround, and Dolby volume.

- Includes high definition 7" touch screen, real time traffic, 3D mapping and Mapcare which includes 2 map updates. Replaces audio head unit.

 

If the headunit looks anything like the 2014 Evo then..

 

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little... Wow, that does not look good at all. I prefer my 2011 navi headunit in that case.

 

More importantly - is it a new HVAC panel that is not lit up in red?

 

I actually think it looks much better than the older head unit (not nav). Pretty cool features too.

 

On paper that sounds like some good changes. I'm not sure about the UI on that touch screen though.
