Does anyone know if the sst from the 2011 and up is diffrent from the first few with the real bad problems

 

It would appear that Mitsubishi worked out most of the kinks for 2011+. There was evidence of TCU tweaks and housing changed (2 bolt vs 3 bolt drain plugs).
I have 42k on my 2011 and I have seen some with 2011's with close to 70k already. Just make sure you change your SSt fluid and filter as close to every 30k as possible

 

I'm driving an 09 and I have no issues. Got about 160,000 km on it.

 

Good maintenance can go a long way.
