Frightening Error

So while I was driving the following has happened twice in the past 3 days. Headlights shut off, ACS service light comes on, Check Engine light, Engine overheated light. The second time I noticed a flickering sound as everything flashed. The headlights did not immediately go off, they flickered before remaining off for ~3 seconds. After a few seconds everything goes back to normal other than the ACS service required sign until I shut my car off. I've checked the engine temp gauge after a shutoff and it was very low. The only thing out of the ordinary lately was that I jumped a girls car, however, I can't remember if the first failure happened before or after.

I'm not aware if I lose power steering or brakes during the shut off, but that is what I am most worried about until I can get to a dealership since I live on very fast, curvy mountain roads and almost 2 hours away from one.

Does anybody know what could be causing this? I've tried searching but couldn't find anything similar in someone with little to no mods. My only mods are evox bov and K&N SRI. Thanks!

Does the car drive any differently when all this happens? Any shaking, noises, sounds out of the ordinary? What RPM and throttle are you giving it when it happens?

I think I remember the car spontaneously downshifting the first time while in manual mode at about 2k RPM on a slow highway with no throttle. As far as driving differently both times were on the few straight roads where I live so I couldn't tell much from the steering. There was a fast clicking noise similar to trying to start a car with a dead battery.

Pretty sure I know exactly what the issue is but I need a few more details before I can give you a possible answer. Had several cars brought to my brothers repair shop with the same issue. Send me a text and I'll call you and discuss what I think it might be. 443-221-5457 Dan
