Headlight horizontal adjustment

I'm not even sure how to explain what I'm talking about... But ok, I understand that I can adjust my headlight beams vertically, but is there an adjustment for horizontal? My passengers side low beam/DRL is off-center with that little plastic cone that covers the tip of the bulb. The drivers side is perfect, dead center. Is there a way to adjust that plastic cone that covers/redirects the bulbs light??? I searched on forums, and I just get all the posts about vertical adjustment. This one little thing is driving me crazy....

Edit: Here's a picture of the drivers side, where you can see that cone is basically perfectly centered over the bulb. But on the passengers side it isn't. Headlight Pic

theres no way to adjust it unless you took your headlight apart. but theres no point in fixing in DRL are useless

I never took them apart so I'm not sure how it got like that. I'm not even really sure the beam is affected, I'll have to test that out soon. If it's not really affected then I guess it doesn't matter. Just one of those petty things that annoy me..
