Yeah proton's have been out in China / Malaysia for a while. Mitsubishi has a deal with proton to use the lancer chassis. There was a thread last year where someone ordered a proton bumper but it was shipped all chopped up. so not usable.
Proton Inspira was the production name

 

afaik its a shelved prospect. Altho it would've been Lancer Ralliart with Lotus tuning.
